  • 3/4 cups white sugar

  • 1/3 cups butter
  • 1/3 cups brown sugar
  • 2 tlbs all purpose flour
  • 1 tlbs butter
    Seasonings
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon

    Steps for Completion
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Slice bananas long ways and then in half. Cook on skillet with 1.5tsp butter for 15 minutes until soft.
  2. Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together in one bowl.
  3. Beat together eggs, sugar, the 1/3 cup butter melted, and cooked bananas in another bowl. Stir mixture into the flour bowl.
  4. Separate evenly into 6 muffin cups.
  5. To make the crumble, process together the brown sugar, the 1/8tsp cinnamon, and the 1 tlbs of butter. Sprinkle on top of the muffins.
  6. Cook for 20 minutes or until passes toothpick test.
